Our experienced teams are committed to providing a truly harmonised support structure. Here at Austin Hughes, a leading global IT manufacturer, we are able to provide TAA-compliant data center solution because we manufacture and assemble our products in strategic TAA-certified locations such as the United States, UK, etc.

A fast prototyping service can be provided for ensuring our customers are first to market and stay ahead with flexible market driven solutions.

Austin Hughes is proud of our quality accreditation and compliance achieved to date. Our manufacturing processes are conducted in accordance with BSI ISO9001 ensuring maximum operating efficiency for our manufacturing, assembly and test facilities. Our products are third-party tested to comply with various international standards and certifications such as cUL, TUV, FCC, CB, CE, UKCA and CCC. Other regional certifications are available upon request.

Our manufacturing processes are conducted in accordance with BSI ISO9001 ensuring maximum operating efficiency for our manufacturing, assembly and test facilities. Our products are third-party tested to comply with various international standards and certifications such as cUL, TUV, FCC, CB, CE, UKCA and CCC. Other regional certifications are available upon request.
All Austin Hughes products are covered by a 2 year standard warranty. For additional support levels, extended warranty options are available to provide complete peace of mind. Standard warranty can be extended for up to 5 years at point of product purchase.
