Multi ports for some critical sensors / peripherals / devices are available on the control box. Users can apply “One Box One Rack” in order to achieve the optimum environmental management, or alternatively “One Box Two Racks” for cost efficient setup. -
The free management software IGM-03 supports up to 30 x IP. Up to 16 x InfraGuard control boxes can be connected by daisy chain and remotely accessed by one single IP. Under a “One Box Two Racks” scenario, environmental remote management up to 960 racks can be achieved.

Integrated PDU
InfraGuard supports the expansion to intelligent PDU remote management. Integrated PDUs can be controlled and monitored remotely by the InfraGuard GUI.
InfraPower® provides a variety of intelligent PDUs for various requirement of data centers. Maximum 4 intelligent PDUs can be cascaded and connected to the EC Box. It supports sufficient quantity of PDUs per rack.
Up to 16 x EC box can be connected by daisy chain and remotely accessed by one single IP. The FREE management software ( IGM-03 ) supports maximum 30 daisy chain groups of EC boxes. Hence, centralized remote management for up to 1,920 x integrated PDU can be achieved.

Integrated Fan Unit
InfraGuard supports controllable fan units. The switched fan units are designed to have remote ON / OFF capabilities. The fan speed can be adjusted automatically according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor.
InfraCool therefore provides adequate air flow and minimizing the operational cost for data center energy consumption. Used in conjunction with InfraGuard, allows remote management of the integrated fan units via the GUI (Graphic User Interface). Up to 4 x Integrated Fan Units can be cascaded and connected to one EC box.
The EC Box supports daisy chain connection; up to 16 x EC Boxes can be remotely accessed by 1 x IP. Since The FREE management software ( IGM-03 ) supports maximum 30 daisy chain groups of EC boxes, therefore up to 1,920 x Integrated Fan Units can be centrally managed by one GUI.
Management Software
Environmental remote management helps reducing manpower and hence improving uptime and productivity. It also benefits users with capacity planning and increasing the overall efficiency of the data center. InfraGuard rack sensor system offers 3 kinds of remote management solutions for users’ selection.
Integrated Web-based Management Software (GUI)
A web-based GUI is integrated with the EC Box master unit. It is ideal for some users who simply require the simple environmental monitoring over IP.
Connect to any 3rd Party DCIM via SNMP
Nowadays, many data centers apply the DCIM ( Data Center Infrastructure Management ) in order to centralize the management for monitoring power, cooling and environmental factors across facilities and IT systems. InfraGuard Sensor System supports SNMP integration and hence users can remotely manage the rack fans via their DCIM.
Free Management Software (IGM-03)
InfraGuard Manager IGM-03 is a FREE environmental sensor management software to monitor up to 30 Master IP Groups remotely ( max. 16 EC Box levels in each Master IP Group ), total 480 EC boxes. Each EC box can connect a variety of sensors to provide an environmental monitoring solution to secure high levels of data center operational stability and flexibility.
To enhance the functionality, up to 1,920 x kWh PDU / Remote Fan Unit can be monitored through IGM-03 GUI as well. 5 concurrent user access are bundled for achieving the demand of multi-user / multi-tasking in nowadays’ time-sharing data center operation.
