The Role.
- Deal with existing clients, assist with product specifications and identifying appropriate solutions
- Process new enquiries, Quotations, Order Processing, After Sales Support
- Developing / assisting with new sales opportunities using emails and calls e.g. web enquiry responses
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
- Upselling products and services
- Play an integral part in the overall company success, customer satisfaction & experience
- No previous experience necessary, ideally suited to college / university graduate with full training and support provided
Your Profile.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and well organised
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English, other languages a bonus
- Team player in an office environment, able to do business with different cultures
